One of the core project activities is the creation of an open access course devoted to the theory and practice of Framework Decision 2008/947/JHA.
The course is primarily – but not exclusively – addressed to lawyers, judges and prosecutors, as well as to other professionals involved in the design and supervision of alternatives to detention. In addition, the learning materials may be beneficial to scholars and university students.
Based on the project work plan, the first batch of learning materials will be released, approximately, by January 2027. The link to the e-learning platform will be made available in due course.
